Design and Construction Materials

All house models are made from modern environmentally friendly materials, based on the principle of prefabricated construction with a frame structure. The support frame is made of galvanized steel pipes and can withstand high static and dynamic loads, as well as strong earthquakes and hurricanes. The ceiling, walls, and floor are multilayered structures consisting of interior cladding, two layers of thermal and sound insulation made of polyurethane foam and MDF panels, as well as external panels made of durable aluminum alloy. Triple glazing is available upon customer request.

The exterior doors and windows are not damaged by wind pressure when properly closed. The high-strength columns, beams, walls, and other load-bearing structures withstand the effects of wind pressure and vibrations.

The external aluminum alloy material has high corrosion resistance. The material is specially treated, offering excellent airtightness, resistance to mosquitoes, insects, and termites, and a lifespan of up to 50 years.

The walls are made of waterproof membranes and materials, with a waterproof performance that can withstand Level 6 strong winds and storms. The walls are highly flame-retardant, enhancing resistance to fire and water.

Warm in winter, cool in summer, comfortable, and energy-efficient — thanks to a variety of wall material combinations and a thermal insulation structural system, the dual challenges of heat and cold insulation are effectively resolved.

Double-glazing and soundproofing materials are used to meet the national standard "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB50378, providing residents with a quiet indoor living environment.

Additionally, a pipe heating system is available, ensuring reliable operation even in extremely low temperatures.

Airtightness reaches Class 8. The steel frame, high-strength aluminum hull, and reinforced door locks ensure privacy while allowing residents to enjoy the natural beauty of the outdoors.
