All house models are constructed using modern environmentally harmless materials following a missed principle. The support frame is made of galvanized steel pipes and can withstand high static and dynamic loads, endure strong earthquakes, and survive hurricanes. The ceiling, walls, and floors are multilayer structures consisting of interior linings, two layers of thermal and sound insulation made of polyurethane foam and MDF panels, as well as external panels made of durable aluminum alloy. For panoramic windows, the insulated double glazing is 6 + 12 + 6 mm.The exterior doors and windows are not damaged by wind pressure during normal closure. The high-strength columns, beams, walls, and other load-bearing structures continue to resist the influence of wind pressure and vibrations.
